It's actually gone back to the same thing for me. I've been back to the dealership for next options which they may replace the I connect unit but I don't think that's going to work either

They replaced my Microphones and it improved greatly. The caller can now hear what I'm saying and we're able to have a conversation. They still report background noise but it is not drowning out what I'm saying to the point where I have to put a headset on.

I took my truck in today for service and they told me basically it's a jeep thing and they haven't heard that complaint before. Ultimately said there is nothing they could do about it.
