It took me seven days, and I received my VIN and VON together on the same day.

I also ordered Sting Gray with just about every package/option available. I'm hoping to see the truck by the end of the month.

Next time, just ask them what the Jeep production code is. They never come out and tell me upfront, I have to specifically ask for the code.

After reading all the comments above, I was pretty worried about the JB status. Luckily, mine was in and out in a matter of days. I hope this means whatever issue(s) has been resolved for everyone. Good luck!

Jeep chat today told me I’m in KZ status. I was only in JB for 3 days, which seems weird. I went to confirm with my dealer and they said I am still in D1?!? Who is probably correct, dealer or JeepCares?
