How long should it take to get tracking information from a dealer? I placed an order with a local dealer earlier this week. Dealership tells me that Jeep should be contacting me with information about how I can track the progress of the build. Its been 4 days and nothing from anyone. Am I being inpatient?

Be patient. Contact jeepcares com I waited 2 months 3 weeks. It's worth the wait yes frustrating as hell

Nobody will be contacting you. Adk your dealer for your VON. use that to chat with jeep chat until.your vin arrives.....then out that into the tracker. There are a ton of posts about how this can be done. Its a sticky on the ordering page

It took me seven days, and I received my VIN and VON together on the same day.

The von is created when the order is placed.....i got it from my dealer the day i ordered

Took me about a week to get VON. Then another week for a VIN once I hit D Status. Then I went back to C

It's been a month and still in C. 8-10 weeks is what my dealer estimated.

I got my VON at the dealership the day the order was placed when I signed the order document.
