Update to this for anyone having the same issue. Main battery continued working but I noticed slower starts. I replaced the main battery, pulled fuse 42, disconnected the aux battery and it started right up. Waiting on some display functions to return since it was unplugged for an hour or so...
2022 Mojave, Gas, for several months now been showing 'auto stop/start not available' and a few weeks ago started to occasionally get the 'aux switches not available' for a minute or so after starting.
I decided to go ahead and do the aux delete knowing I'd probably need to go ahead and replace...
Great color! My parents had and '89 Ford Thunderbird that was really close in color to this. Looked blue at times, purple or black at others. Now, to just peal that texas thing off the hood!:LOL:
I know my relatives were all surprised. They've all been in Delta, Montrose and Mesa counties their whole lives and know those areas like the back of their hands as a few of them were hunting guides. They were with me when I went to Grand Mesa Motorsports and were pretty aggravated when we left...
Anything is possible. I didn't look at any full size vehicles while I was there. Engineer and the surrounding passes I mentioned were the only ones I was on. Seems like there is a lot of confusion among everyone as they told me. But as zxd9 posted above;
'I couldn't believe a street vehicle is...
Yes it is. I got mine at Grand Mesa Motorsports in Delta and the guy there said there have been so many changes made a lot of people are unsure what's needed where. Even the official Colorado website was a bit confusing. He explained why, which I promptly forgot. Having an out of state tag I...
Went over Engineer on Monday morning. Definitely fewer people during the week. Decided not to air down as I was heading back home from Lake City. No problems with traction at all, it did, as warned, beat the ever living crap out of me. My back was sore for 600 miles! Fun stuff though. Quite a...
That's kind of what I figured. I've been over Engineers before on side by sides and knew it was one of the milder passes, barring the entry just south of Ouray. Will air down some and check it out. Thanks for all the answers everyone!
Not having done much off road in a Jeep before, (mostly been 4 wheelers and Rzrs) I'm wondering what PSI you guys would run for Engineer Pass/Cinnamon Pass? I'll be coming off of California Pass to Animas Forks then up to Engineer and follow the Alpine Loop all the way around and down to...
I figured they came with the holes but expected plugs for them. I had some plugs here to use but thought I'd ask anyway. There was no issue at all and I received them in about 3 days. The holes on the 'wings' I'll just plug if I leave them on. Still up in the air.
Yes, I bought it from Takaaparts I think it was called. Seemed pretty squared away. Sent me the bezels with holes by mistake and when I messaged them they sent the correct ones right away.
It's possible. The 2 pieces pivot and are connected. I'm in Oklahoma and we don't need front plates & I've a winch I'll be installing as well. Doesn't really look like anything too important but I'll see when I get into it. Thanks!
I just received this bumper off of ebay & I have to say it seems to be pretty sturdy. I had a Rugged Ridge Arcus on the Sport S I had before trading for the Mojave and it was no where near as heavy as this one. Going to install it next week but there are a couple of parts I'm unfamiliar with and...
No, my Sport S was not a max tow. I put 33" tires and a front leveling kit at it was a good ride but pretty much from the day I got it I wished I had went ahead and bought a Rubicon. Then the Mojave came out which fit me a little better anyway. And then the high trade in value. And then the...
I like it better. It rides smoother on rougher roads. In daily driving it's noticeable but not by much. I've pretty much left it stock; I like the height it's at now. When it's time for tires I might try 35's. We'll just wait and see. Getting about 17-18mpg which is about the same as the Sport...
