It’s a single axle trailer and maybe the picture is misleading you but there is less than two degrees of rise from level.

I have an Overland without the towing package, and decided to see how it towed directly from the bumper. Dremeled out the lightly marked hole, threw a 2" ball and torqued it down. Towed around 1700-2000lbs on a single axle trailer and it went surprisingly well, especially considering the ball...
