I hear a popping sound from the sway bar disconnect when i rock the jeep side to side. Recently installed front 2” lift with lower control arms but have retightened twice.
Drove from North Carolina to Arizona with no issues. Started on a dirt road in Kanab. Jeep has 60k miles on it and sway...
There are a few spots i was hoping to hit in southern utah before we got to moab. Our current plans are to leave NC on the 16th so a little ahead of you. We have gone out 40 a few times so thinking Oklahoma panhandle through Angel Fire to Taos to Page. Not sure between Page and Moab yet.
Are...
Does the WB limit for Elephant Hill only apply to EJS groups? Not finding anything on the NPS website.
Do you know what trails you are on yet?
Any thoughts on the conditions of Wild Horse rd the week before (tend to be wetter or dryer that time of year)? Thinking of that and the wedge before...
We have the Weboost Reach Overland.
IF your phone sees at least one bar without the weboost on, turning it on does improve the data signal. Hard to quantify but subjectively seems better to my wife when she is using her laptop via her iphone hotspot.
Measuring db in maintenance mode did not...
I suspect Ironman is like the rest of the suppliers and just passes through their product so not surprised they don't have parts.
I went with the ARB T bolts. Not a fan of hex heads in a slot application. I am not sure if ironman has the same slot as ARB. The ARB T bolt kit was pretty reasonable.
to add to the above.

Shawn Willsey, ran across this guy when doing some research on Moab. Geology

Talking trailers is almost as bad as politics.
I Started with an Intech Pursue.
Great quality but became too small, basically a hard sided tent.
Next was an Aliner Titanium 12.
Was great for towing but became concerned about the support for the sides when down and all of the wood in the...
For me was easy, rear because I tow. But I would not consider my fronts worn out.
If you are not lifting/upgrading, you should be able to get a take off set like above for the same price as 2 new.
Your going north so El Morro National Monument would not be on your path but it is a very nice drive on 53 if you want to consider a southern route to Roswell.
Parts of the New Mexico BDR might be fun out of Roswell.
I just replaced my rear springs with ICON 1.5" springs and shocks. I have tried the "budget" route, unfortunately you are better off saving up for a more complete kit.
Avoid Atlanta,
I think my last trip to Houston from Charlotte we went via 80(?) through Georgia.
I installed the Seat Jackers on mine, I like them but some do not. I am 5'10" and not an issue. They may be if you are taller.
Sunshade is also nice with a top down.
I know its off topic, but if...
When loaded about 800lbs
I really like the ride with the icon shocks and springs, huge improvement on the road with the bounciness. Hope to try some washboard FS roads this weekend to see how that goes.
I bought the ICON relocation plates for the rear swaybars, probably do the MOPAR lift...
Just addressed the same issue you have.
Installed some ICON 1.5 springs/shocks in the rear. I don't have it loaded but expect at least a true 1.5" so looks like I'll be doing the front this weekend if the parts come in.
It rides MUCH better than the factory. (45k miles) Haven't hooked up the...
Have a friend whos daughter went to drive a "top of the line" jeep and complained about the ride. Of course it road rough, it was a rubicon. She had no clue, that annoys me.
But if your asking a question about which trails to ride or suspension modification, not so much.
Mine has always sagged quite a bit when loaded, trailer usually around 200-250lbs tongue weight with another 600-700lbs in the bed.
Will be putting in ICON triple rate springs this weekend on the rear to see if it helps.
What is the weight of the trailer you are looking at?
Not exactly an answer but....
It will be loud enough you can't use the speaker phone but my AirPods pro work fine for calls.
I have a sun screen and crack the rear windows. Works fine for me at 70ish.
I went the Billie Bar route with their awning mount for my big ARB
The gutter mount for a full size awning is a little long if you still want to take your tops out. Mounting to the plastic roof just seems sketchy to me for the bigger one (wind loading more than the weight).
It did work fine...
