Hi JT forum,
I’ve done my research and finally decided on my lift.
I am trying to figure out my wheel and combo now.
here are a few bullet points I need to hit.
Offset and backspacing trying to figure out what wheels would work.
weight would keeping the weight of the wheel and tires as close...
Saw jk gear and gadgets videos. After seeing trailrecon lift comparison that featured short arm relocation brackets something that I had not thought of started to reconsider.
Clayton arms are no doubt solid.
Install seems straight forward.
Teraflex has hydraulic bump stops which I thought was...
I’m not entirely sure but what attracted me to the two brands was the triple rate springs allowing for more weight. I planned to run the falcon shocks on both kits so is there much to be said about having the same manufacturer for all parts or not?
Hi everyone,
I feel like I’ve researched lifts for days now. I still feel like I am overlooking something.
Opinions on these kits. What are some things I should consider? A longer drive shaft? Etc.
Jeep forum,
I’ll be pulling the trigger on a lift soon. Any signs of manufacturers offering deals for the holidays? Figured look into it before pulling the trigger.
Thanks much appreciated.
Wash at home, water hardness is around 44 ppm according to a quick search.
Rinse, foam cannon with soap, let sit to loosen dirt. Rinse, another round of foam cannon, rinse, then go over with soap rag, rinse dry with towel.
Not sure if you can see in pics but I’ll try and post some in a bit.
Has anyone had a problem with dirt and water marks left on your jt after a wash. I spend a while cleaning my JT and probably safe to say I’m ocd on the subject.
I look close it almost looks like small amounts of dirt have bonded into the ceramic coating.
I’ve see them for the jk.
Anyone know if they will be making some for the jt? I’d love to hit the trails without cringing everytime I pass a branch.
For those that have a rubicon, I’m curious what have you done to modify your suspension. I’m looking to run 37s and maintain on road manners seems a shame to replace the fox shocks but I’m willing to do it to have a solid lift and 37s.
I’d rather my truck not look like I’m trying to squeeze...
