I was pulling a 33' 5th wheel and going down a mountain I realized I needed more trailer brake as the trailer was pushing me out on curves. What seemed like adequate braking on the flats wasn't enough in the mountains. Simple turn of the dial on my controller and problem solved. I can't...
Yes and when you get a phone call just as you are going to make a brake adjustment it gets interrupted. Me personally I wouldn't trust something so critical to wireless.
This is what I have. I've been using Tekonsha for 30 yrs. There is a connector under the dash this harness will plug into.

I asked this question to a Synergy rep as they had offered me a deal on their lift. But the link for the lift was for a JL so I mentioned the weight capacity of JL vs JT springs to him. He said they were working on a JT specific lift with stronger springs.
That's the model I have. The body of the trailer is only 6'6" and with a Chevy Colorado I didn't need trailer mirrors, I will with the Gladiator though.
Do read this article because the Falcons are 101" wide at the wheels. Some states have restrictions to 96" on some roads...
My trailer has 2 batteries and other options not listed as standard equipment. When I first loaded it up and filled the water tank the tongue weight was 660 lbs. I drained the tank and got 540 lbs. I then redistributed interior contents to get it down to 480. Having the tongue weight gage...

The steering boxes might not be the problem. This brace is to shore up the weak frame where the box is mounted. The steering box is moving when the steering wheel is turned. lol
I have that part on order, arrives next week. But you also need the Synergy track bar, $275, unless you have a 2"...
You've been on the thread "Loose Steering", so the answers to all of your questions I've posted there.
Have you keep up on that thread? It's been discovered that the frame is flexing where the steering box is mounted.
The point is to raise awareness to new buyers to really check these out before purchasing one. Once all the bad ones get rejected at the dealer soon the dealer lots will be full of bad ones. They only get to have so many on their lot, so it's not like they can just keep ordering them and once...
Some members have reported test driving multiple Gladiators on dealer lots and experiencing some that drive good and others that wander all over the road. If you order one what will you get? It seems like you have to sort them out by driving them before making a commitment. I've ordered...
