I had to have the 3.6 replaced in my JT Rubi back in December 2025 due to a cracked engine block at 40000 miles.

I have the JT back with about 3000 miles on the remanufactured motor. I am smelling coolant. I have...
As I was removing my belongings from the truck, I encountered a noperope that had crawled into the garage. He was not happy to see me. I scooped him up and put him in an ice chest. I took him up the hill and let him go.
Well, the hits just keep on coming.
I have about 300 miles on the Truck since I picked it up. I have been smelling coolant since then. I opened the hood to check. The coolant reservoir is low. Nothing is leaking on the ground.
Appointment made for tomorrow. Wish me luck.
I have the truck back today. Just shy of 3 months.
I opened the hood and checked all the fluids before I left the dealer.
When I took the truck to the dealer on 12/23/2025, the truck was filthy. I did not have a chance to wash it before I took it in. It was still dirty when I picked it up...
I have not checked in on this thread for a while.
I called the Service Adviser about a week ago. The word from her is they are still waiting on a remanufactured engine, which is on back order. She could not give me any ETA.
I don't mind driving my trail jeep around, but it is getting a bit...

So the breakdown that I am aware of is:
$400 to remove and reinstall my aftermarket dual battery system. (I am skeptical they will put it back together correctly.)
$200+ for new spark plugs
$100 deductable
So that comes out to $700. I hope there is no more$$$
I have the printout of the warranty...
I spoke with the SA yesterday.
Mopar will cover the repairs, a remanufactured engine.
I had to laugh. Mopar will not cover new spark plugs. They want them to remove the spark plugs from the bad engine and install them in the new motor. Cost for new plugs is $200+. Of course I will buy new...
Just off the phone with the Service Adviser. It took them 3 weeks to get to the problem (yes, it was over the holidays, so I kind of understand).
The engine block was cracked at the #4 and #6 cylinders, allowing coolant in. The fix is a completely new engine. They are sending the findings to...
Okay, I was not going to mention this, but I took the truck in for a 40000-mile service back in late October. In the service was a radiator flush and coolant change. It took them half a day, and I got the truck back. I drove the truck home and parked it in the garage. As I stepped out of the...
