  1. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

Thanks!! So the answer is no, the bed lights are not part of that harness. Do you make a harness to tap bed lights? I also think every one of your harnesses should have a splice for the Auxiliary power input with diode =).
  2. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

@ORACLElights can you provide a wiring diagram for the harness please? I am looking to tap the harness for extra bed lights and/or rock lights.

  5. Blank next to 115v tailgate outlet -- has anyone done anything with it?

Has anyone done anything with the blank on the left side of the steering wheel underneath the light controls? Was considering figuring out a way to install a brake controller there. (picture borrowed)
  6. Towing capacity - 2020 Gladiator Rubicon with Trailer Tow Package

https://tfltruck.com/2019/03/2020-jeep-gladiator-towing-specs/ thank you! So weird my manual only has 296 pages in it. Page I posted is the only one that talks about trailer weight.
  7. Towing capacity - 2020 Gladiator Rubicon with Trailer Tow Package

I did google and checked the manual. My question is where is the 6k or the 7k number stated. Manual has 4K and 7.65k numbers. Sticker on inner driver door has nothing. Dealer materials state 7k not 6k.
  8. Towing capacity - 2020 Gladiator Rubicon with Trailer Tow Package

Where does it state the maximum towing capacity of the Jeep? Advertising materials and my dealer said the Rubicon Automatic with Trailer-Tow package can handle 7K lb. I can’t find that anywhere in the manual or the tire-load info. Anyone know how I can confirm or deny the 7K number? I am...
  9. USB adapter into the mirror harness?

Hi. Has anyone seen a hardwire kit to add USB connections using the power mirror and keeping them by the mirror so you don't have to run wires along the side? Would be awesome for hardwiring radar detectors and cameras. Something like this, except integrated for JL/JT...

  13. Does anyone know of a bracket / wire holder that fits between the battery and passenger fender in the engine bay?

Thanks! I am putting the control box components from my winch in there so wanted to keep it organized. What material is that bracket? Also, what solenoid are your running (assuming it's for a winch)?
  14. Does anyone know of a bracket / wire holder that fits between the battery and passenger fender in the engine bay?

Looking to place the parts from my winch control box into that space but want it organized and with some protection. Ideas on an off-the-shelf product?
  15. New Apex 12K Harbor Freight winch Install

So basically there are 8 options: 1. Wire the winch directly to the battery -- for bumper mounted winches used for recovery and small tasks, this is what Warn recommends 2. Wire the winch to the battery but use a manual on/off or quick disconnect switch, keeping it off when not in use-- this is...
  16. New Apex 12K Harbor Freight winch Install

Yes you're right, I thought I read somewhere wiring directly is fine too. The APEX instructions actually say to keep the switch in the off position when not in use. Do you keep yours off? My comment stands about Warn -- saying to direct wire and i don't think they provide a kill switch or...
  17. New Apex 12K Harbor Freight winch Install

I have been struggling whether to add a Warn power interrupt kit or a generic solenoid and connect to Aux switches. Called Warn today and they recommend to directly wire instead of using their kit. Same recommendation from HF on the Apex product. Sounds like they thought this through and have a...
  18. Terminal connectors part search

Thanks for the responses! Think i solved it. For future reference i think i figured it out. 19. Terminal connectors part search

I am in the middle of the auxiliary switch install on my JT and damaged the terminal female connectors that plug into the gray harness and into the supplied socket from the kit. Can anyone please help identify part number and source of where to get replacements? Will require soldering too...
  20. Getting wires through grommet in firewall, any pointers?

Update: ended up having to make room under the wheel well, took off a black box that is to the passenger side of the grommet (See picture). Once off, made a slit and was able to get the harness through by hand. I damaged my connectors earlier with the hanger method so be careful doing . Now need...
