  1. Mopar 2" Lift w/Bilstein Shocks - recommend adjustable Track Bar

I didn't have any pictures - I took some glamor shots this morning. Tires are 35" Falken MTs (100% recommend).
  2. Mopar 2" Lift w/Bilstein Shocks - recommend adjustable Track Bar

I didn't add any spacers or any sort of "leveling" parts. To be honest, I've always assumed they were either to resolve significant slope from front/back (and I don't have any issue with it), or a quick way to get a little body lift. That's all I know about them - a little more than nothing -...
  3. Virginia Sold: 5 x Wheels and Tires, JTR Takeoff

Just put new tires on the Gladiator...and then lifted and upsized a month later. 5 x Falken 285/70/17 (33" for comp) Wildpeak MTs (original spare, 4 with @ 3k miles). I tried measuring tread on used tires at 20/32" with a tape measure...they come stock at 19.5/32" so that can't be right - but...
  4. Mopar 2" Lift w/Bilstein Shocks - recommend adjustable Track Bar

Good for you! Sorry I was late to reply, but your earlier question about adjusting the track bar was already well answered. It's super easy to dial that in once you have the Track Bar on the Jeep as well... I'm curious, why did you decide to install the brace?
  5. Virginia Rubicon Suspension Takeoff PLUS Track Bar

Sorry...Newport News VA. Also, the picture w/name date.
  6. Virginia Sold: Rubicon Suspension Takeoff PLUS Track Bar

Shocks, Coils, Sway Bars, front lower Control Arms, front Coil seats...plus the factory Rubicon front track bar. Just under 50k miles at the time of take off - throwing in the track bar to offset the mileage. $200, local pickup.
  7. Mopar 2" Lift w/Bilstein Shocks - recommend adjustable Track Bar

I did not do the rear. I don't understand why, but the axle on the rear was much less offset. Measuring it, I only got 1/8th inch farther extended on the passenger side - meaning a 1/16th correction is all it needs. Granted I'm just eyeballing with a tape measure (+/- at least a 32nd if not a...
  8. Mopar 2" Lift w/Bilstein Shocks - recommend adjustable Track Bar

A Steersmarts Yeti XD track bar is now installed; it corrected the .5" off-center axle offset. I'm happy to see the proper bow on the front coils, the sway bars are perpendicular to the ground, etc. Everything measures right, looks right, and rides right. I've seen a lot of people comment on...
  9. Mopar 2" Lift w/Bilstein Shocks - recommend adjustable Track Bar

I've finished dialing in the steering adjustment; my warning light turned itself off, and everything seems just fine. The Mopar kit does include front lower control arms...honestly I'm a little surprised it didn't include another track bar. The angle on the arms, sway bars, and shock mounts is...
  10. Mopar 2" Lift w/Bilstein Shocks - recommend adjustable Track Bar

That was a very straight forward adjustment; sitting in the driveway it looks fine (and I have a high degree of confidence that I'll be able to tweak it if/as needed after some drive time). I also discovered a 24mm wrench - borrowed from the garage I was in - sitting on one of the lower control...
  11. Mopar 2" Lift w/Bilstein Shocks - recommend adjustable Track Bar

Excellent tip - thank you. I'll give that a shot over lunch break (cause I'm working hard right now, not hanging out in the Jeep forum). I'll update with results. Although if that warning light goes away I may get some heat for dropping $ on a unnecessary part... :)
  12. Mopar 2" Lift w/Bilstein Shocks - recommend adjustable Track Bar

I figured I would post a comment about this, for anyone else who's in the same boat I was a few weeks back. It seemed like there were varying results regarding the axle position after installing the Mopar 2" lift. Some people reported the axle being visibly off center (I'm imagining 2" or more...

Here's one from the one morning we've been able to take the top off. That 3 inch kit would be a very nice addition!

  15. Took Delivery of Your JT? Sign in Here!

I also got a hard copy manual - and the same experience with the tires. I have the stock Mudders, and I took delivery at 42psi. I dropped them to 37psi on my gauge (that's the weight on my door placard) @ 57 degrees, and the dash measured them 36psi. This morning was 24 degrees, and dash...

What are those wheels? They seem to be a pretty spot-on color match??? Very nice!
  17. Heater/AC blowing hot air at 60 or higher

Alex, Don't worry about it; you did answer half of my question (if there were any bulletins on the HVAC) - and I suppose asking if there are "any known issues" could be considered pretty open-ended... ;) Any way, we're all here now, sharing in a very open and honest way; it's like a bonfire...
  18. Heater/AC blowing hot air at 60 or higher

I have noticed that, on my vehicle at least, setting the temp to HI definitely sets it off; its lava from that point on regardless of the temp selected until the engine does its auto shutoff thing. Then I get cold (presumably because engine isn't running), and when it restarts it seems to...
  19. Heater/AC blowing hot air at 60 or higher

Throwing my hat in this mess too; same problem on my Gladiator. And a little surprised to see this thread exists...I was actually looking for the thread about the FOBs that don't close properly and I find this! I'm disappointed because when I messaged JeepCares about this exact issue and asked...
  20. GATOR Gladiator JT Club

I was going to get those headliners, and now I have to wait to see if I win the contest. Just in case I can score them for free. Did you have any issues with the adhesive in the cold? Nice looking rig btw!
