2nd Dealer replaced under warranty. First dealer had 2 more overland models that did the same thing so they said nothing they can do. They went off of the JL Wrangler loose steering issue since they are all the same parts. The bulletin number for the JL loose steering: 02-003-19

Got a 100% Stock Overland here that had extremely loose steering that was fixed about 60-70% with a new track bar. Still not right, but a lot better. I would love for it to get fixed real soon, but i'm not holding my breath.

So after further review, and about 800 miles from Charlotte to South West Florida, the track bar has helped my situation, but not a total fix. So it seems the track bar fixed it to about 90 percent. It steers muuuuuuch better than before. They used a service bulletin for the wrangler. I am now pretty happy! It could be a little better, but like I said muuuuuuch better!

My second dealer trip has resulted in a track bar replacement. I will be picking it up this afternoon and will report back. Wonder if this goes along with the track bar bolt that has been previously mentioned as well as the housing that bolt would screw into. Hopefully once I drive it, there...

It definitely results in a lot of swerving. Especially in the wind! And love me some Audioslave! I'm glad to hear that there are some out there that definitely don't do what mine does and I hope they can fix these asap!

I tried the traction control thing this morning. It didn't make a difference at all on mine. Same loose/dead spot in the steering no matter what.
