I went with the spod I was looking at adding factory switches but dealers around here wanted 200 to flash computer after i installed them to make them work. it took me less than an hr to install the spod and wire up my aux lights..
Ok guys so with working rotating 12s ive finally got an answer I appreciate all the comments. I ordered the arb and actually picked it up in the store took my plug and it fit perfect. Was able to wire it up in the bed of the gladiator and set the dometic 75dz in the middle of the trifold cover...
I have the 75dz and want to mount it in the bed of the jeep most cig lighters are powered on by the ignition switch need it to run when the jeep is off. Also want a connection that will not disconnect when trail riding
So the connection by just a cigarette lighter plug will not work for very long. It will shut the compressor down after a while. You need a direct connection to the battery for the best performance of the fridge. The cig plug on the fridge side unscrews and plugs into the connection i posted earlier
Yes it looks like a cigarette lighter plug but it has 2 blade connectors inside it. You unscrew the end of the cigarette plug on the fridge and plug that in. Thanks for the reply
I purchased a dometic portable fridge. The plug that connects to the battery is on backorder. I can get an arb one from 4wheel parts, just wondering if the plugs are the same. Will the dometic plug into the arb plug?

yes just installed it Thursday i ran it around town on hard and its a little tight for me I've got in on med now and it feels just like stock. im going on a trip to Arkansas later this week and will run it on hard on the hwy to see if it helps there.
From what i seen at the dealership if you get one equipped with leather it has the fold down middle seat in the back that has cup holders in it. If you get cloth seats it does not have the fold down part of the back seat.
