I am going to be patient until Friday. I send an email last week requesting a RMA and refund - no reply. I sent another today. No reply with the RMA and refund means I will begin with a complaint to the BBB and escalate from there as needed.

After figuring out mine was shipped with a faulty fuse and finally getting them to work I now have the burn spots. Just contacted Oracle for warranty and awaiting their reply.

I had the headlight switch in the on position, that is all. I will try again tomorrow. There is no magic app or switch for the halo lights. The fuse that came with the lights was bad. I put in the original fuse and the halos are on. Now I need snow for another test.

I drove several miles in a Vermont blizzard. Here is the result. Not as good as I expected but okay.
