I had this happen recently, music from the radio would also skip.
The cord wasn't loose in the tailgate, from what I have read it's a weird intermittent problem.
It happened for a few days in a row and hasn't come back.
I never figured out how to reset either
Permanent in the sense I would ratchet strap in place during off road trips. It's a Puma 2 gallon air compressor I connect a 4 tire hose up to. At the moment I carry to the front and set it on the engine and connect with gator clips to the battery. I may look into longer wires so I can leave it...
I have a 12 volt dc w/ alligator clips air compressor that I like other than having to pop the hood and connect it to the battery in order to use it.
Would there be something I can plug into the 110v outlet in the bed in order to leave the air compressor there?
Thanks!
Did the dealer fix this or did it go away?
I had this happen on a road trip a couple days ago and it still won't go away after several key cycles.
It was windy and going 80 mph on the interstate it cut out
This happened to me when it was windy on the way home from Moab, it still hasn't come back after at least 30 restarts on the way home, very frustrating, any ideas?
I'm going to Moab in a few weeks and will be on the trail a few days.
Does anyone know of a portable KCup coffee maker thats either battery powered or I can plug into the bed outlet?
I have a seen a few cheap coffee makers but they all are too much watts for the bed outlet.
Thanks
I'm an adjuster for an insurance company, not everyone is a jerk trying to screw you over. We are human and make mistakes.
Both bumpers look similar and they probably clicked on the wrong one when using Mitchell, the estimating software.
If you disagree with the estimate take it to a shop...
Last year at Moab I noticed all the bolts that attach the front drive shaft to the front axle came out. I had to finish a trail in 2wd. They did not break, but simply vanished, I put new bolts in and all was well.
Today I was checking things over before another trip next month and noticed this...
I would recommend Adams car shampoo, but not the graphene spray coating. It did not last long at all. On our regular cars I have either Gyeon or Kamikaze, but on my company car I didn't want to spend time or money and the Adams graphene spray was a waste of time.
I tried Meguiers hybrid spray...
U0418 is the code I was getting.
Wishful thinking i suppose that someone may have had the same issue while driving using cruise control. Getting to the dealer is inconvenient on a good day let alone this time of year while I am busy with work.
I have gotten this code the last two times I drove the gladiator using the cruise control, I was able to clear it with my tazer.
Anyone else have this issue?
Any longer term thoughts on the top? Is the wind/highway noise any worse than the hardtop? Leaks? Folding it all in the middle a reasonable possibility?
I really just need to pull the trigger on this, but the weather has really been crappy the last couple weeks, not very inspiring to think...
