That's what I had my dealer do. Found a near perfect spec Rubicon for me that was local, but no tow package or hitch. The plug with the wiring was there though. Just had the dealer work the price of adding in the hitch into the deal and all good now!
I understand all of the associated things that come along with 40s. Main thing for me is am I going to have any articulation with a 3.5 inch lift vs a 4.5 inch lift. No matter what, 40s are going on, so now its just a matter of deciding on a lift. Had a metalcloak 3.5 with 37s on my JKUR, so...
Just finished up mine! Got Black leather with custom red stitching and lunar grey piping to compliment the sting gray exterior! Also added heated seats up front. Cost me about $1,000 shipped. To anyone tackling this project by yourself like I did...Good luck :lipssealed:
Does anyone have any tips on doing the rear seats? I have my two front seats done, but do the rear seats need to be removed to complete the install? Also how do I go about removing the rear seat headrests? Thanks!
