Iām using my bed extender vertical for the rear and bought a set of cartopper pads off Amazon for the cab. This is the cheapest solution I have found that
works very well and stable.
The only issue I have is āgetting that big ol Harley up on the high diveā
Iām using the quadratec quick release mirrors. This option works best for me because I run 1/2 and full soft doors at times as well as door less. 1 bolt install, thumb bolt to remove and solid.
To OP. You may try a shorter trailer hitch. Looks like this one is extended. I have an extended that I used on jk to clear spare tire on my jt, and it definitely affected my pull

Iād do finished quality products that you want in the long run but can see/feel benefits now.

Not necessarily plug n play but I expanded my ds18 system.
Turned out better than I thought but I clearly misjudged the amount of use and volume needed when I do need.
Iāve built mine under much of the same principles you are after.
Daily driver 1st, but capable of being used in the 5% or so of my time that permits.
Iāve since parked it or using another daily driver but thatās just so I can extend the lifespan/reduce accumulating mileage.
Not trying to steer you away from the D rings but Iām using roadmaster direct connects from e-trailer for my last 3 jeeps. Have been very satisfied with them and other than a little trimming of skid plate, pretty clean and not much overhang.

I think a lot like Clayton although I have no first hand experience. I will say that I have no regrets with my evo/king setup and will use it on my next as well.
I know an old thread but my 2020 broke today @ 105k miles.
I printed a 3d bracket much like others are mentioning. I just need to get some black screws with a thicker head if my print works.
