I also changed the shocks. I did not use the Rubicon control arms and end links. Drives perfectly.

For what it is worth I installed Rubicon Springs on my overland and it gave me exactly 1.25 inches of increased height. I then added 1 inch front spacer to level it out but for me the Rubicon springs definitely raised the truck .

Rubicon suspension with 1 inch of a 1.5" Tera flex kit. I personally think the 1" is just right!
