Everything i did fits behind the original cover. If i took a picture now behind the rear seat it would look completely stock.

you are better off going through the floor like i did and running the power cable under the truck. in my opinion it's the best way to do it. just go back in through this thread and the pics will show you.
the wires for the AUX switches are right along side the battery so you have to run the wires to the battery anyway. i wouldn't waste an aux switch for that.
If you were to leave the interior panel off you should have plenty of room to build a custom subwoofer box. Not sure what your plans are but take a good look at the pics i posted and you should be able to get a good idea.
