Yup, the JK rear axle is not the same as the JT front axle. As a matter of fact, the front axle is different too, a truetrac upfront is plug and play on a JK.?

Im not an engineer, so trying to reiterate the explanation that was given to me wouldn't help lol I think it was something to do with the way the vehicle, thru the braking system, detects wheel slippage

Doing 4.88 gears with front and back truetrac next week. I'm hearing I have to use my tazer to turn off the ABS befor engaging 4wd..

Agree, 4.88 and 35's seems a little over the top for me, at 70mph in 8th gear that would put my RPM's at almost 2200! Over 2700rpm in 7th!!! I also tow a trailer (KZ 181BH) dry its just under 3k lbs. I've got about 4200 miles on it this year with my current setup. Changing gears doesn't change...
