Changed the tire. Blew a sidewall wheeling through an arroyo yesterday. Man, was it hot! But we beat the rain and got out of there without further issues.

Gremlins resolved! Service appointment went fine, they replaced the broken sun visor and the door lock switch had disconnected, so easy fix after the panel was removed to gain access. The steering TSB, now... I guess I never realized how much of a deadspot actually was in the steering wheel, but...
