I am running Patagonia M/T's 38 X 15.5 R20 LT 1250 8PR. Max pressure is 50 psi. What's a good pressure for daily driving in civilization, and what pressure should I program TPMS to alert for low pressure?
Thanks very much.
I use radar detectors that can calculate and display my speed. They are always right on no matter what vehicle I am in UNTIL I put them in my Gladiator equipped with 37 inch tires. I notice a 5 mph difference between the radar detector and the truck speedo, with the truck always lower.
Anyone...
Just thought I would bring this thread to current. I finally picked up my truck on May 6 after towing it to the dealer on March 11. The repairing dealer did not sell me this Gladiator. Biggest repair item was rear axle assembly. They diagnosed it as "found no oil in the rear differential. Oil...
Update- local dealer will repair good as new using MOPAR parts.
Selling dealer- wants me to send documentation once all work is done, including diagnosis as to what caused all this, and they will review
The repairs will definitely be MOPAR with warranty going forward. I will soon find out how good my relationship with the selling dealer is. This was my third substantial purchase from them in 2 years.
I appreciate your good wishes, and also I appreciate everbody who has chimed in so far to...
I think I know but I'm trying to confirm. The work was done 10/1/21 at 43 miles. I bought the truck in Feb at 91 miles. The ear end said goodbye at 339 miles.
Dealer gave me a copy of the invoice but customer and shop info was blocked out. Having a hard time getting vendor info from the...
Jeez, Dad..
Just kidding. To answer you, "My guess is that none of this was conveyed to you?", in a word, no. I just spoke with the dealer and it looks like some type of bolt or clip, very simple part, was not replaced during the mod process which enabled all the fluid to leak out of...
Truck was dropped off Friday night. It''s Thursday and I'm still waiting to hear from the dealer. I want to hear, but then I don't, if you feel me.
I think it's going to be big.
You're lucky to get one already done. Especially with Mopar parts, to preserve powertrain and axle warranty.
Wow, is this correct? Could be huge because the rear end exploded last Friday around 300 miles. :crying:. It's was flatbedded to the dealer and now awaiting diagnosis.
Hey everybody. I purchased a lightly used 2021 Gladiator with a number of mods. One mod was replacement gears. Here is how the invoice for the work describes it:
4.88 gears DANA 44
4.88 gears rear DANA 44
4.88 gears DANA44 front install kit
4.88 DANA 44 rear install kit
Why would an owner want...
A couple of the mods are drawing my attention. Both stock bumpers are gone; front was replaced by a stubby with a guard to accomodate a winch. I don't have front sensors to warn me when I am getting close to something, so I was wondering if vehicle integration meant somehow getting those to work...
I think they were done at a Florida Jeep mod shop. I have an invoice with the owner and vendor names redacted. I'm trying to find out the vendor so I could ask them some questions. Whatever it is it cost $999.00.
I purchased my Gladiator after it had been modded. One item on the list is described as part number VI P&L, part description "vehicle integration". Can anybody explain what this is?
I just bought a 90 mile 2021 Gladiator that has been significantly modified. I am not an experienced off roader, and although I got the list of mods, I have to admit that some of them are not familiar to me. The previous owner had the work done.
So here is my first question- it has the...
