Bump and update, I have two sets one with out tpms and around 8k miles and one with tpms and around 25k miles. The tpms one has a nail in it, appears to be in just the tread.

I was able to get in on the Walmart klever A/T tires. have a set for sale 25k miles with sensors. no reasonable price will be rejected looking to get them out of my garage.

Got mine mounted up and installed, did a rubicon swap and teraflex front leveling kit (the full 1.5 inches) looks pretty good. All in gained about 4 inches in the front.

I purchased the RB Mud Flaps, I must say it was very easy to buy. It was shipped quickly and packaged very well. I’m very happy.

Also a new window is like 250 bucks, so while not cheap it’s not super duper expensive...
