Reference my previous post: My 2020 Overland bed lights come on when:
1. doors are unlocked with keyfob
2. any door is opened, including the tailgate
3. when the in-cab button is pressed;
I'm not sure whats going on with others in this forum on bed lights; but mine work great, when I need...
END OF SUMMER UPDATE
As with many of all of you, we have a lot of disruption in our lives. I have turned my focus to my LiL Mo beast and some recreational land I purchased a couple months ago in southern MO. ANYWAY - that really isn't interesting to JEEP community. What may be interesting...
SUMMERTIME FUN- at a distance in remote locations.
UPDATE: 5000+ miles, trips to NC and Trip to WISCONSIN and I have a few more mods sprinkled in.
I added a JCR OFFROAD Universal Cargo Basket as well as replaced the stock plastic Swaybar skid plate with a really nice Aluminum skid plate...
Apologies for delayed response. While the Btech does not document any sort of water resistance in the manual, I can tell you, it appears to be a well designed UHF/VHF radio. it is a single cast body with only 1 real point of entry for dust and water - that is the 1" rear fan next to ANT jack...
I am updating this question for 2020- These are still a mystery! NOT what they are for, but how, exactly, are they used/placed? Even the jeep dealership had no idea what they were for OR how to use them. Right now, I'm using them on the OPPOSITE side of the foam channel of the storage...
ADDED- Terraflex 0-4" sway-bar quick disconnects. There are plenty of photos from other DIY'ers out there. I may get some posted. Definitely love the Terraflex "no drill" install/upgrade.
I know this is a very late response but I saw the same video and decided to install on my 2020 Overland. I couldn't be happier. Install was a snap and like many here, I love the "no drill" aspect.
I will say that the Teraflex connectors will appear too long at first glance. Especially...
My 2020 Overland came with factory tonneau cover and these tubes/condit were never there. Maybe aftermarket, but not something associated with OEM tonneau soft try-fold cover. Kinda weird and I'm glad I didn't have to deal with them for my build project.
Several quick and easy mods to my overland over the past couple of days. The easy stuff is mostly cosmetic, yet highly functional (IMHO). You can check out all the mods at build thread HERE
What a day.. Lots done!
Today was an early start. Now that the rhino bed is well and truly cured (I know, but the jeep guy said give a a couple days to "really harden and cure"). Anyway. MORNING: Removed Tonneau cover brackets (anyone interested in buying?) and installed DECKED cargo...
UGH Not As easy as the videos!
FIRST: This was not as easy as the JCROFFROAD installation video looked like. I think the fundamental difference is that the dude in that video has done a gazillion installations and I have now done exactly...... one.
It also doesn't help that you are...
Reposting full task list here with updates. ZROADZ 3" LED floods installed. Total time: 30-40 minutes all in. My experience level: Medium; Task difficulty: NOOB Easy; simple and clear direction. Purchased through Quadratech.
Just starting my "mild" Jeep project list. Mostly...
I hope this is the right spot for my build journal. Here I will post detailed photos on some of the projects I am doing to my 2020 JEEP Gladiator Overland.
Agree with most of whats been replied. Notice this is an old post. All I can say is:
I love being back in a Jeep after 10 years. Had a YJ while stationed in San Diego and Hawaii.
Now I have a brand new Gladiator overland - and I absolutely feel at home. The fit, finish and performance...
My 2020 Gladiator Overland has the following:
1. Bed lights on with door open- 30 seconds
2. Manually pressing "Bed Light" button (below fog light) - Lights on for 80 seconds
3. Pressing "unlock" button on remote key fob - Lights on for 80 seconds
So I found the answers from the guys from Axleboy who did my Rhino bed liner. For anyone else:
There is a small NOTCH on top of the crystal plastic portion. Take a med width, thin flat head screwdriver and press straight down. About 2-3mm back from "front face", There is a single...
Just starting my "mild" Jeep project list. Mostly cosmetic upgrades (sill guards, console covers). The next couple of days will be the more substantial upgrades. Yesterday was task 1-3 of 7:
DONE PRO- 1. Install Rhino raptor bed liner (THANKS to the team over @ Axleboy Offroad)!!
DONE...
