Any luck @DadSwagx4? My truck makes this noise going forward and reverse and dealership can't figure it out. Only moving slowly and while turning. Added power steering fluid and changed differential oil and added friction modifier to it. Still doing it.
Ok thanks. Mine is still doing it and the dealership can't figure it out. They thought it was the power steering fluid but that didn't fix it. Then they did the new differential fluid with the friction modifier and that didn't help either. My regular basic warranty actually expires tomorrow but...
Yeah - I always thought it could be the steering pump but the noise was not there when I first purchased the truck. It seems to have developed and gotten louder over time and I read on the Gladiator Facebook page about people having this issue related to the rear axle. I was looking to see if...
Hi guys - I have noticed over the last several months that at slow speeds (under 15 mph) I can hear a whining noise when I am turning left or right. This is most noticeable pulling out of a parking spot. At first I thought it may have been the power steering but I've read recently that it may be...

They said they did everything by hand. I think it was from wiping off the polish afterwards that then polished the plastic on the switches. They want me to bring it back and look at it and see what they can do.
Hi - I had my Jeep detailed and the wiper and light control stalks on the steering wheel were scratched from what looks like polish. Any ideas for fixes or least make it look better. Thanks
So just did this and you were definitely right about the bolts settling. Once I got back to the ones I tightened first they were loose again. Fingers crossed this solves the issue tomorrow morning.
Yeah it's only a 2021 with 13,000 miles but I prefer trying to fix it myself. I'll have to try the pattern you are talking about and see. About how tight do you tighten them? Thanks
So checked and the jack was not able to be moved around at all. The noise literally is always rattling and creaking on any surface that isn't perfectly smooth. Unbelievable I can't t figure it out.
