I finally made the switch and purchased some Rubicon take off rims and tires for my Gladiator. They are the factory 33 inch AT3Ws. I am wondering what everyone is doing PSI wise for mostly highway driving. My door jamb says 36 PSI but not sure if that is too high for these tires. Thanks!

37 is whats called for on a Rubicon.
Ok thanks. I didn't know if people found they wore down differently on the road with different PSI or found them smoother or quieter with different air too.

Biggest thing is rotate, rotate, rotate every 5K miles...
My last tires which were the factory ones wore down really really badly on the outside tread on the front end. I got an alignment on the front end but I am worried my new tires will do the same. Getting another alignment done now too. I did add a teraflex leveling kit when I first got the truck as well.

Both the chalk test and the tire conversion chart mentioned in this thread say 32 psi, and that seems to be just right for those tires (in my case Mojave takeoffs) on my Sport.

I have been running at 37. Seems about right. I have not chalk tested. More than 37 feels bouncy. That is on a Rubicon with Alu-Cab and Decked system.

I have over 35,000 on mine at 36 psi and still have about half tread.
I also have 2" lift with level kit.
I rotate every 5,000 mi. and if alignment shop knows how to do their job then you should get good life out of them.
Key is good alignment.

Yeah that is what I am worried about since my last pair, which were the factory ones, wore down terribly on the outer tread. I do have a Teraflex 1.5 inch leveling kit on it. I am bringing it in to Delta World Tire to have them make sure the tires are balanced and do a front end alignments. I am hoping they know what they are doing.

Ask other Jeep or rally car owners around locally about who they use for alignments, not all alignment shops are the same.
I am guessing whoever you have been taking it to is not well educated in raised Jeeps or you have possibly some bad parts they have not found.
Look for shops that specialize in Jeep builds also for more help.
At 35,000 my Falken still have about half tread and look as good as can be expected for mostly mountainous road driving.
