    Yep your dealer sounds very good. I paid cash for mine so I prefer to get 100% of it back, and move on.

    Nice summary. Also I spoke with a few other Glad. owners and they have not had a problem with theirs. Too risky however to chance it again by having them give me an even exchange.. The inconvenience is tough when you own your own business.

    Had the new software update on the third visit and literally in a short amount of mileage, got both the ESS and the CEL lights AGAIN. I will contact FCA and ask them to buy it back now. I am done. This will be the 4th time I've dropped it off so if they want to wait until after they can't fix it...

    Hmm. if FCA is so sure that they have a software update coming then why don;t they send out the service bulletin to all their dealers.? Mine is still in the shop after the second drop off at the dealer.

    Status update: Dealer said they couldn't recreate the A!@ problem, after trying for a few days. They waited and waited for "Jeepdoesntcare" to call them and they never received a call. Neither did I even after the "private message". So now I wait for the A!@ to happen again then I will take...
