Personally, I tried to select the lowest weight wheel/tire combo when going from 33 to "37s". The difference between the stock and 37 package is about 4 lbs more per corner if I were to trust my bathroom scale haha.
I have 0 issues getting the truck into 8th gear daily. Gas mileage is about...
My mpg also improved by 1mpg going from a stock Mojave to AEV 2" and 37s.
I went from 15 to 16 mpg. Yes they are KO2s which are very light and I chose 17" wheels which are also very light. I reprogrammed the comp to say I have 35.75" tires. I had the Falken MTs and they were horribly loud and...
I switched from 33" stock mojave Falken MTs to "37" KO2, reprogammed it and because they are so small and light, getting slightly better fuel econ than stock now..
I think the C load KO2 37s are the lightest 37s around. They are only 64.8lbs (listed on their site) which is very light. The stock 33" Falkens that come on my Mojave are 61.3lbs for example.
Been checking pmctire for some stock on these for last 2 months. No luck. That shop is the best deal for us Canadians on wheels and tires. Hopefully they get some soon.
Anyone driving in actual winter conditions shouldn't be surprised when their MTs or ATs underperform. 3peak rating is very easy to achieve and means little aside from legal implications in places where winter rated tires are mantatory. Proper winter tires are a must, but obviously don't look...
Debating 35s or 37. "37" KO2s in C are very light, something like 2 lbs more than stock Falken MTs.
Anyone with 37" KO2s measure the actual diameter of the tires on the ground. I know 35s are closer to 34, are the 37 more like a 35.5 to 36?
I have a new stock mojave, auto and less than 1000 miles. First couple fill ups have been in the 13-14 mpg. I have my doubt about 19mpg combined. My JL Sahara I had no issues getting the advertized MPG, but that was a 2.0L turbo.
Thank you all for taking the time to reply. Yes I notice it when I shift from P to R to D etc and hold the brake. That kicks it off, but then it cycles a few more times with no one touching anything.
Any cause for concern if it's that loud or just a specific part quirk on this particular Jeep?
Anyone know what the noise is in this video? It's a new Mojave, just got it this weekened. AC was off here. It happens randomly but most often with going from P to R and R do D. Noise around 6 second mark. Didn't have this with the JL I used to have. Thanks.
2.0T puts out a lot more torque and about the same power as the 3.6, which comes on sooner than the 3.6 So if anything it would be a better tow vehicle than the 3.6 if it has all that torque, no? It could be that perception dictates that you can't put such a small engine in a truck? The 2.0...
The better a vehicle holds its value the better the residual, which makes it a better candidate for a lease. So things like Toyotas, Wranglers, Gladiators, Subarus, are good lease candidates.
Leasing is exactly like renting, but with a car lease you only pay the depreciation plus interest...
Basically this is how it works in a closed lease (residual is set and can't change)
You have your MSRP, say that's $60,000. Say you want to lease it for 3 years. The leasing company has a residual value in % of MSRP. Say that is 60% (I don't know what this is, but it's set by lease company...
