I'd be fine with that if they weren't sending out unsolicited emails stating that I will be able to pick up my Jeep on 9/4. They need to get their act together.
I haven't received one either, but according to @JeepChat the delivery date (9/4)that was stated in my original email from Jeep is completely unattainable. They had no more information for me other than it was still in scheduling. I ordered 7/7.
I also received the incorrect email from Jeep the other day, but have not received a follow-up. I just spoke to Jeepchat and was told there is no way that information is close to being accurate as my JTR diesel has not even been scheduled.(order date 7/7). Pretty frustrating. How can they be...
Not sure how much stock I can put into this, but I just received an email from jeep customer care stating that my JTR is scheduled to arrive at my dealer the week of 9/4. What is the reliability of these emails? I ordered on 7/7 and Kent told me it was scheduled to ship on 9/1. I checked in...
