Seems the driver side goes out more frequently too
  3. Flush Mount Tail Lights

Installed today, non led, no warning lights or dash problems. However reverse lights turn off and on. And idea how to address this?
  4. New Gladiator Bikinis from Bestop!!!

How do all of these straps not scratch the paint driving down the road? This the only thing preventing me from buying the header style.
  5. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Added the Launch Edition wheels. Thanks to a great forum member who even put them on before I left. I have to say everyone I've dealt with on this forum are genuinely great people! So glad to be apart of the community.
  6. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

The work write up stated they replaced the steering box.... again. The original one was replaced with the steel one last year.
  7. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

The Jeep tracked perfectly straight. The issue i had was there was no input to turn until the steering wheel was moved that far in each direction. Driving on any type of switchback was very dangerous. I would go from turned almost half way one to completely the other way before it recognized...
  8. New JTRD, steering wheel off center and dead spot...

Yea it was a very scary ride to the dealer. Hind sight probably should have been towed.
  9. New JTRD, steering wheel off center and dead spot...

All I would get it taken care of as quickly as possible. I had new steel box installed last year, and it was wonderful. 2 weeks ago I was on a road trip and the wheel had a good amount of play (first video). Called and the dealer couldn't get me in with a loaner for a little while. It got...
  10. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Box is being replace again, as this is how the steering wheel looked on the way to the dealer for service. This is traveling straight. Pretty crazy, luckily the dealer was understanding of the urgency and was able to get me in much sooner than the initial 2-3 weeks.
  11. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Impressive! I'm being told I cannot get in to the dealer until May 3rd at the earliest...
  12. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Interestingly enough there is a new issue. While driving to NY today the dead spot got much work and now have a "service electronic stability control" error.
  13. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Had mine replaced, and there was HUGE difference in the amount of play and wander in the wheel. Unfortunately I feel like the new steel one is currently having the same issue. There are about 5k miles on the steel gear, and the play and dead spot in the wheel is actually worse than it was...
  14. Anyone have electrical issues? My Jeep started acting crazy today

I had similar issues with a 2018 Grand Cherokee. After 3-4 trips to the dealer they could never find anything wrong. I would lose everything, speedometer, lights, power steering, pretty scary when driving down the road. Luckily things would sort themselves out after shutting everything off. One...
  15. Feds Recall Notice for Aftermarket JT Headlights by Hikari

I received the same notice via email today. Came here to see if it was legit. Not about to click on links in emails like that.
  16. Gladiator and Defrost

Noticed this this morning too. We had our first light snow fall, and the ability of the defrosters to clear up fog off the windshield was abysmal.
  17. LED Bulb Replacement - IT WORKS!

As a caution I did this upgrade. This morning we had a minor and by that less than 1/2" snow fall, and after a 3 mile drive home they housing was completely caked with snow. If you live in a climate with snow this option will not work in winter conditions. Luckily I still have the factory...
