Can confirm. Moderate towing (2600 lb camper) with fully loaded JT on hills at highway speed in moderate weather, and I never saw the thing heat up. Up to 215F was about it, with the gauge comfortably in the middle of the range.

I do have a Tazer, but it doesn't say anything about this. I assumed it was designed to reach operating temp faster on cold mornings.
