I purchased a Venator bumper from Rugged Ridge and mounted a Smitty Built 12k x20 winch. I am not sure you could modify the plastic bumper easily enough to mount the winch or have enough strength after installation. The wench sits down inside the bumper for a low profile which I like. Good...

I put a "Bed Rug" in mine, I like to haul "stuff" in the bed, (that is why I bought a JT). I have a bed cover to keep that "stuff" from flying out. The bed is a tool, but like my other tools, I try to take care of it. Besides it looks finished that way. (IMHO)

I also have the Venator and I like the look. It blends well with the lines on the Gladiator. I installed the fog light trim and had to modify it a bit to get them to stay on. But overall it is a nice front end. Once every thing is bolted up and torqued, it is very sturdy, and solid. installed...
