Just installed and very happy with my Mac's rails as well. I have that tonneau and the upper end of the front rail as you describe barely interfered with a bracket, I was able to tap them under it with a rubber mallet, no problem. Some may want to clearance it.
I have the 813 bed rack on one...
Here's two, Lance. 285/70-17 AT tko on the Mopar off-road wheels.
I love how it looks, maybe I'm old-school but I grew up driving muscle cars with Radial TAs, have always loved the look
Sounds good! Looking forward to seeing the results.
We all have different needs and ideas of what we want to use the panels for. I personally like how 813 has sides that don't have the outlet and light cutouts because in my case that's the area I want to hang the Rotopax anyway. I don't want...
I think I can mount a Rotopax sideways on that 813 bedside panel, I like how they look. Found a few mounting options I like and did some measuring based on that last pic, Thanks Jeremy.
Jeremy at 813-- Do you have any pics of your side rack without the outlet cutout with Rotopax cans mounted so that they will clear a tonneau?
Agreed on the bed lights BTW...
Good to know, looks great there-- I was hoping to turn the Rotopax mount 90 degrees and mount the cans sideways at the rear/side on someones' rack, still looking into it
Looking forward to pics.
I read a review on the JCR panels, writer says the Rotopax container mounts won't bolt on their side panels-- can anyone shed light on this issue, wouldn't be good for me
I'm looking at the same Macs rail/JCR side panel combo. On Mac's website the track it looks like they use for this kit is 1.18" wide, seems like it'll work fine to me. I like Mac's tie downs.
Before I took delivery my dealer gave me $320 for my Sport S tires but did not want the wheels. I had them order a set of Mopar Slotted Wheels and BFGs ahead of time, the Sport S wheels are in boxes in my loft
