It was a little bigger than I thought, but rather than using a Jackery like everybody else....I put in an Ego Nexus power station into my Gladiator. I charge it by AC outlet while driving and then I've used it for electricity while camping, mainly for an electric blanket when it's cold. I plan...
Couple things I noticed:
Auto Stop/Start wasn't active until I got to about 35 miles on the odometer....It didn't work during test drive or when I pulled it off the lot....I think it's disabled originally so that they can move the vehicle around or something......not sure, don't care anymore...
It was delivered Sat Oct 2nd...but had to wait till closing in townhouse today before taking delivery...still going through financing, so I'm not out the door yet but I dont think there will be any issues...
I think I'm the first diesel in the Nashville area....The dealer was actually really...

Thanks! I'm not losing any sleep over it. Just curious as to any other things that may not be exactly what I thought they would and how much or what I could do if I want to fix/upgrade it....
Renegade, I'm near Nashville (you probably already know that)....maybe you can show me some of the TN...
Yeah, I understand better now
The current question: how good is traclok? I got overland model because I probably won't be doing any rock crawling....maybe a little here or there if I'm out with a group...but I will primarily be on dirt and gravel trails with some farm and snow on/off...
When I built the Jeep, I went through every option and compared overland with rubicon. In overland it said the ecodiesel came standard "with locking rear differential". To me, I thought it meant actual locks, not Trac-Lok...I'm new to Jeeps, didnt even know there was something called trac-lok...
I tracked my timeline....See below....It seems like it took a while, but that's because they weren't building the 2021 gladiator ecodiesels till around 9-14...You can see once they started building that specific model and year, mine was delivered in 2 weeks....so I'm guessing for you it will be...
I think I'll still be happy with it, and honestly it is probably all I need.....I just feel a little misinformed, and some of the common options they've been putting on Jeeps weren't even in the build system when I placed my order. I wanted all-terrain tires and looked for the option but it...
Yeah, that's garbage because it seemed like a standard option in any trim with the ecodiesel....then it looks like they actually just put Trac-Lok on the rear instead.....I guess when the spec says "locking rear differential", you really need to look into how it's locked...I took a chance on...
All the specs I've seen had rear diff lock standard for the ecodiesel. However, when test driving, I don't remember noticing the switch in the dash. I just happened to take a few pics of the truck at the dealership after the test drive and when zooming in on the interior, it does look like...
My Overland EcoDiesel just arrived at the dealership about 2 hours ago...I'm going to take a look at it tomorrow but unfortunately I'm trying to close on a house, so taking delivery may take another week.
