Crypto just emailed me that they found my window sticker.....how long since they found yours and what status/location is your truck in now? Trying to get a timeline assuming I'm not the first ecodiesel sticker
still waiting to see the first post of taking delivery of ecodiesel.....it's like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory watching TV everynight to see who won the golden tickets....
Ordered Overland EcoDiesel on Aug 3rd.....Jeep Chat told me it's in Paint today....I know they may be off, but surely not THAT FAR off....right?? hoping for delivery by 2nd week of October
Agreed on Jeep Chat....however, they finally told me something new today so I'm hoping it's somewhat true....although I kinda need the Jeep delayed as I'm supposed to close on a townhouse soon.
Orderd 2021 Overland EcoDiesel on Aug 3rd. Jeep Chat just told me today:
"Thank you, I can see your...
I currently have a Charger from the franklin dodge dealership....they lowballed me, wouldn't fix something they guaranteed worked when purchased, and strongarmed me into purchasing add-ons to get a fair loan rate......I vowed I'd never go back, but here I am wanting a new Jeep
This is a chance...
I ordered a 2021 Overland ecodiesel gladiator in Franklin, TN........do you know the current incentives for that model? seems like all incentives are for the gassers
so.....my build sheet shows the same tire size as above but Jeep.com has a larger tire and rim size standard.....I hope my Overland ecodiesel doesn't come with those stupid street tires....better have at least a little off road tread to them
2021 Jeep Gladiators can be ordered on Jeep.com now......Under capabilities, it mentions the ecodiesel with a tow capacity of up to 6,500lbs with a star......star says "see dealer for details".....figures, why can't Jeep tell us upfront what the limitations are based on? Why do we need to rely...
My Gladiator EcoDiesel has an option "Extra 4 gallons of gas"...which I assume means "fuel" and should make the gas tank 22-23 gallons
I hope that's true....22 gallons with 28mpg...over 600 gallons per tank!
being "best in class" for areas like hauling and towing may have something to do with it....it's always a balance beam between functional specs and marketing specs.....gotta try to claim as many "best in" titles while still making something usable
in general it does make sense though....so hopefully my gladdy gets built within 2 weeks! maybe delivery by end of month?? Kinda need it to hopefully move next month
Assuming none of these 2021 orders are diesel?? still waiting to hear one of the diesels have been built....I'm wondering if the diesels are delayed and they are only building gassers right now.....
I saw a youtube video that tested with a magnet and it came out that the shell of the cab and the bed of the truck were the only parts not aluminum....so, pretty much firewall back minus doors, top, tailgate (and of course fender flares) are not aluminum
Yes! outside of burnt orange, blue is my favorite. Really wish for a midnight blue....not as dark as navy where it looks kinda black and kinda blue....but not so light either....baby blue would probably be cool for a mall crawler, but I'm not a fan
I like that they have some nice black/white/gray options....but man, they have like every inch of the gradient between white and black covered....less of these options...need more punk'n, gecko, nacho.....even the green/brown spectrum is starting to get too rediculous....can't tell difference...
someone linked this in a different thread:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/chryslerme...Gladiator_Specsp1uietttqku5kc9c67rh0ruumm.pdf
they have tables for payload/towing for each trim and engine option......I notice there's a little star that says the Gross Cargo rating included 150lbs for the...
LOL, I was thinking the same for the steel gray interior!! if this is the same gray in the mojave package....why wasn't this available when I ordered?!?
re-read it.....it's the same 22mpg city, 28mpg highway, 24 combined with 1mpg loss on rubicon due to larger tires....
the first epa ratings mentioned were the gas engine comparison
I ordered an ecodiesel....not because of fuel savings, but having extended range for road trips is very nice.....I mostly bought it because I'm hoping that in general the ecodiesel can outlast the gas engine....I probably won't tow or haul a ton of stuff, but when I do I want the power to be...
