The velcro tape I got off of Amazon with the double sided adhesive is my biggest fail on this. The velcro itself is crazy strong, but the adhesive is terrible even in moderate heat. I need to try a different brand velcro.
Yep - I squeezed my sub in the area that had the deepest space available between junk on the back of the cab. Added a bump out to the back of my box to give me enough clearance around the magnet.
I am taking the same approach with hopes that I can add heated wheel controls and paddle shifters down the road.

I haven't had any issues with the headliner vinyl pulling away from the foam board, so the 3M Super 77 has worked fine in that application. Has not worked as well for vinyl to mdf on my sub box unfortunately.

I should still have my CAD files somewhere. I will see what I can find. For the most part I followed what I drew up, but getting all of the pockets and recesses in the back and bottom was a lot of trial and error. I didn't cut any of the factory threaded studs on the cab floor and rear wall...
I used one of the factory jack mounting locations. Cleaned it up a bit with a small grinder and bolted my ground terminal to it. Seems to be sufficient this far.
