All the install bolts in my Molle were type sized to fit the corresponding threaded component already installed in the Jeep Bed. All I had to do was to insert it finger tight till it stopped after encountering the spray on material and then chase the threads with a ratchet and socket.
I ran into this when I installed my Molle. Chase the bolt holes with a tap and die if needed; although, I was able in most caases to just press the bolt into the hole and gently ratchet it till it chased the threads on it's own. Not one cross thread...
