Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll try removing the door and giving it a good shake. Then also driving without the door and see if the issue existing with the door off. If it's gone then I know to tear the door apart.

Up for sale is a set of Rubicon flares and liners. I have extra new rivets that Iāll include as well. Local pick-up only in South Central Pennsylvania.
The toughest part is the dash panel removal and install of the new one. It requires a good bit of dash dismantling. Other than that itās plug ānā play.

The Demco Air Force One is an air controlled braking system for when the JT is being towed behind our motorhome. It's unrelated to any of the recent stuff.

I fabricated the brackets for the 12V under the dash, ARB quick connect and the ARB air filter out of left overs I had sitting around.
Been busy lately!
1) Got 12V outlets added to the bed. Ran it off one of the Aux switches on the dash. Still added a relay to be safe even though there are relays in the circuits already. Also added one under the dash on the passenger side as well since the trailer brake controller left no 12V...
I appreciate the offer, but I need either Rubicon or Mojave or otherwise "Hi Top". I believe the fender brackets are different as well.
FYI. You can by all four of the textured black from Mopar Performance for only $650.
AFe claims that their GT CAI combined with their Scorcher programmer and High Tuck exhaust and 93 octane gas will give you +25HP and +24lb-ft of torque...dyno tested. Lesser results with 91 and 87 octane, but gains none-the-less...supposedly. Just $1400 now and $.70/gallon on every fill-up. :)
