  1. 19A recall

I knew the software update was a big issue with this recall. I wouldn’t sale. I would just leave it in the stateside with my parents if I couldn’t ship. I am kind of emotionally attached to this vehicle. I might do a 5.7/auto swap when I get back anyways.
  2. 19A recall

I did take it out once I go there
  3. 19A recall

I contacted Jeep and they opened a case since I had already had the clutch replaced and they reimbursed me for it. I’ll see how this pans out. I understand the dealership’s thought process but I don’t see how a dealership can say they will or won’t do a mandatory safety recall. Modified or not.
  4. 19A recall

Yeah I unmarried the tazer before I showed up too. The dealership told me that they had done the recall before on a jeep with a tazer and regear and the jeep didn’t work afterwards so they won’t do a recall if it had been regeared.
  5. 19A recall

I took my truck into the dealership today for the 19A recall. The dealership told me they wouldn’t do the recall because I have regeared (Dana spicer 4.88s which are in the mopar performance catalog) and had a tazer. I already have a centerforce clutch, which JEEP actually reimbursed me for...
  6. Recall 19a

Back in 2023 I replaced my clutch with a centerforce one. It’s been great. Now I have orders to move to Hawaii and I have to ship the gladiator with no open recalls, or at least have documentation showing the recall couldn’t be completed. I understand this is a NHTSA recall for safety. Went...
  7. Eibach Springs Bilstein Shocks

I have done most trails in uwharrie, nc and hot springs off-road park in Arkansa. So mild to moderate trails, I did the badge of honor trails at both locations. I do have a winch up front mounted in an arb stubby bumper.
  8. Eibach Springs Bilstein Shocks

I like them. They are firm on the road and keep the vehicle planted and they work well when I get the opportunity to take it off-road. 10/10 would buy again.
  9. Eibach Springs Bilstein Shocks

Mix and matching springs with shocks isn’t a novel idea. I like the 5100s I have, they are easy to get and priced great. That’s fair, if they make them in house that’s awesome. I trust eibach and they make great springs and I’m sure they are good shocks too.
  10. Eibach Springs Bilstein Shocks

The 5100s were a known known. Eibach didn’t provide a lot of data on theirs. I honestly think the eibach are just rebranded 5100s but I could be very wrong
  11. Bilstein 5100 on Sport S (Not Max Tow) + Suspension Questions

Yeah, with no height change the 0-1.5” 5100s would be just a straight unbolt old shocks and put new shocks on
  12. Bilstein 5100 on Sport S (Not Max Tow) + Suspension Questions

Springs will always be better but it depends on your budget and desired end state
  13. Bilstein 5100 on Sport S (Not Max Tow) + Suspension Questions

Teraflex front spacer (.5-1.5”) and a day star .75” rear spacer would get you the small lift and maintain you rack that keeps the truck from squatting too much when you carry cargo in the bed. Bilstein 5100s are great shocks too for the price point.
  14. YJ conversion grill

The unofficialuseonly.com also has a the bumper for pre-order. I kind of dig it, with its super low profile, no frills vibe. https://unofficialuseonly.com/products/ols/products/yj-styled-winch-bumper---compatible-with-all-variations-of-jl-wrangler-2018-current-jl-jlu-jt-gladiator
  15. Show us what camper / trailer / RV you're towing with your JT

Nothing too crazy but I have been wanting to get the rooftop tent off the topper. i needed a trailer to carry a motorcycle at times. Being able to take the crossbars off and have a plain utility trailer makes everything work well. I do plan on putting a 3500lb axle and putting 315s on it just...
  16. Functional Bed Rack/Topper Suggestions

That’s fair. i think those might be Molle mounting points and not windows. That would be cool though.
  17. Functional Bed Rack/Topper Suggestions

Wildtop might be a good option. https://www.wild-top.com/
  18. Bilstein 5100s

I have had 5100s on since I put my lift on 2 years ago. On and off road, I love them. They are paired with eibach springs and I think it’s a great combo. Firm on the road and compliant offroad.
