And as far as it tearing - from our experience, it's been very durable! We're using marine flooring found on sea water boats, which is a pretty harsh environment. Pulling cargo or debris over it hasn't been an issue - it's tough stuff. If there are any issues, it's covered under a 3 year warranty!

Hey! The melting point of the foam is around 180 degrees - we'd recommend some sort of rubber mat in between if you plan on cooking something!

we do have a few guys running it but think they possibly used a little extra foam right at the brackets, we also have racks that work with their t-slot integrated covers too.

We have a few customers running this - there's a small gap at the rail but its covered by the roll seal.
