Have you checked your air filter for rodents? If they build a nest above the air cleaner filter the engine will starve for air and loose power and possibly overheat.

I had rodent problems for a long time. I tried mouse traps with different baits. No luck until i discovered Lavender extract. I spray the top of the battery, air filter inlets (front grille and top of engine) and also spray all the visible wiring. I haven’t had a single critter since.

I use a pressure washer to get the big stuff off. Then I use an RV extendable pole brush with a hot bucket of water / dish soap or a wash / rinse using the pressure washer. Us old guys with bad backs don’t have to bend over when using the pole brush. Works great!

Well, I tried to mount this bolt kit and the bolts were not long enough for the Mojave. But it might work for the Wrangler or NON-mojave or NON Diesel gladiators. I am returning them. I got a text from rockhard4x4 and it sounds like they are already working on a mount for Mojave specific fit.
