Five OEM tires and rims taken off Jeep Gladiator Sport S Max tow at 30,000 miles. Jeep 5x5 (5x127) bolt circle.
All five tires are 245/75R17 Bridgestone Dueler A/T tires. Four have 30,000 miles and still have life left to them. Have nice even wear and in good shape. Typical wear for well-kept...
First experience with 813 fabrication and it was a good one. After placing my order Jeremy reached out to make sure I was getting the right parts. And then he accommodated a last minute change after it was already packed for shipping. During the install he was quick to answer questions. And the...
Do a search for "CT Beach Cruisers" and "Nutmeg Jeepers" on Facebook and Instagram. Both good groups if you are in CT.
Beach Cruisers is serving as an honor guard for a recently deceased veteran on Saturday March 4th in Milford, CT.
I attended a Jeep Academy in the Catskills and that was the same thing that blew me away. I thought I understood how it worked and thought it wasn't a big deal and as such never bothered to try it. I had no idea how amazing it actually works. And you can control the speed with the shifter.
Well doesn't look like I'll be going this year. Life threw me a curve ball in the form of a stroke. Finally back on my feet after a couple months and doing alright, but the hospital bills are piling up so don't think I'll be able to cover a hotel right now. Bummed I'll miss it, but I'll be...
I would be. I'm in Oxford so not too far. I've got some health issues that are keeping me off the road right now and probably for another month, but then I'm in.
Too bad we are not going again this year, could have made the trip with you from CT. We're staying closer to home and going to the New Jersey Jeep Invasion on the beach at Wildwood July 15th.
I'm gonna be right there with you soon. Those look much better. I'll miss the good mileage but hey that's not why we bought these. And I love that trailer!
I was surprised how well it did. I normally get 19 to 20 to work and back. Its mostly 2 lane 40mph roads. But once I get into stop & go city or hilly back roads it drops to 16. Believe it or not I picked up at least 1mpg by adding the tonneau cover.
We enjoyed the trip. I thought the sand course would be boring but in a stock Sport it was actually fun. And my 17 year old daughter got to take a couple laps too.
On a side note, happy with the mileage going down. I have a stock Sport with 245/75-17 AT tires, 8spd auto, and 4.10 gears., and...
Not any time soon. I don't run tools off it. Just for airing up tires and I do those one at a time. 15 to 36psi in under 2 minutes a tire so I'm good with that.
However, I've already decided I'm going to move it. I'm surprised how much heat it soaks up when its not in use and with very little...
I did the ARB single compressor under hood install using the engine cover mount. I'm pretty happy with how it came out. Only time will tell. Currently only using it for tire inflation. If it works out well, then I'll relocate the air chuck. Temporarily have the switch mounted under the hood as...
