    I have this same issue. Previously had a Raptor with LED and also an F-350 with LED both stayed warm enough to melt. My JKU years ago with halogens also did. Between the defroster and headlights it’s a hazard.

    Thanks for the response, I had a JKU with no issues either. This one just has a horrid design.

    Coming from a Raptor and before that an F-350 both with LED headlights neither did this. I am experiencing the same issue you are along with the defrost it’s plain dangerous!

    I know there have been other threads on this topic and several YouTube Videos. I live in the North East and the lack of ability for the headlights and defroster to keep up in snow and ice is a serious hazard. Any have any experience....
