This is no surprise to me. My Jeep has spent 60+ days in the shop in just over 3 Years. Started from day 1 when they rolled it off the train and scratched the front fender. When I was driving it back to the dealership within the first couple days was when the "Front end Bottoming out" issue...

I get a random clunk when on stopping and starting too. My Driveline has some play, maybe a bit less than yours, but some play for sure. Let us know what you figure out... Mine is in the shop now, I asked them to check the breaks because I thought that might be the source... I doubt they will...

In June/July we did a road trip. Las Vegas, the Canyon, California Liquor shopping. We derated and shutdown just outside of Tonopah NV, going about 75 mph, 4 people, 2 suitcases and a cooler... Dash lit up with drivetrain ane throttle control errors and vehicle slowed down to approx 30 MPH...
