Yea, there is a lot. My install had several additional cables shown for the left and right side cameras. The install is pretty simple. Biggest issue is fitting it all in the dash. Takes quite a bit of Tetris to get it in. I really liked it though.

I do have the factory rail and yes, it mounts to the factory rail. I did not mount it to the factory rails because I was able to mount it to my tonneau cover rails, but I have the hardware to mount it to the trail rails

I wish there was as much interest in my rack as there was in my head unit.
