I am currently running the Mopar 2” lift with the Teraflex leveling kit. I need new shocks and I noticed that my springs were ever so slightly bowed. I’m not sure it this is because the shocks are completely shot or because the shocks are too short.
My real question is this … should I be...
Hi! For anyone who has installed these with the lights … did you have issues with you lights not working when it is cold outside? Also, how did you secure the wiring that is flapping in the wind and or crusted solid in mud because it’s out in the open?
I do like Teraflex. I just installed their 1.5” leveling kit and it was a solid addition.
I happen to like the look of the stock overland wheels so that’s why I’m going spacer route and not new wheels. Maybe when I get new tires in a couple of years I’ll look at wheels too.
I’m rubbing and it’s driving me crazy. Especially on the trails. I was looking at the Synergy 1.75” spacers. Are these good? What are your recommendations?
I run 35 ridge grapplers with a 2.5” lift and get 19.8 on my 50 mile ride to work and 22.2 on my ride up to my cabin going through a bunch of steep hills. I am not a lead foot but I’m usually doing around 75-80ish my entire trip. I used a flash cal to change the tire size and nothing else. Crazy...
I had KO’s on my JK and loved them but I wanted something beefier and meaner looking for my lifted JL so I went with the 285/75 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They are super quiet! I love them!
In retrospect I wish I would’ve went with the 37’s and towed the boat/trailers with my hubby’s truck.
