Absolutely anything on the front steering/suspension area can be a contributor to DW. If your lucky, you will find something very obvious causing the issue. But often it is a combination of smaller things that when conditions are just right....DW appears.
I suggest getting under the front...
Did the dealer flash the ECU? The new steering gearbox requires an ECU flash. Might want to ask the dealer about this! Here is an excerpt directly from the TSB:

I have 37's and 4:10's. The tranny sucked until I recalibrated with my Tazer. It makes a HUGE difference in shifting performance! It is fairly flat where I live, and I frequently see 7th and 8th gears. Tranny shifts very smooth!
