I know it looks bad but your alignment between your tires is fine. They just didn't adjust the drag link to get the steering centered. You could do it yourself in a few minutes and save a trip to the dealer.
Check all your suspension bolts and nuts. I found almost all of them loose on my wife's gladiator and it was clunking at low speeds pretty randomly. Tightening them all up fixed the clunking. The tie rod nuts and drag bar nuts were very loose. Took 3-4 full threads to get them up to the 64...
I got the Rancho 9000 adjustable and I can't wait to try them out. I agree the stock Sport shocks are floaty.
Wish I had known about the Falcon shocks or I might have gone that route. I just wanted some adjustability without breaking the bank.
I never thought this woman would ever get interested in custom wheels, let alone lifting a Jeep. Yet here we are! God bless this woman! She's a keeper
We wanted to get it done sooner but it took a long time to get all the parts.
Here's the plan...

I'm glad you checked them!! This might be a pretty big problem for Jeep. Did you mark your bolts to see if they loosen up again?
I didn't post about my dealer experience with all of this. They are worthless. I don't blame you for not taking it in.
Tuesday I checked the front and tightened...
Got a chance to look at the back. Here's a full list of everything I found loose. I also pinpointed the noise we have in the rear. It's the upper shock bushing clanking even though I tightened it up. Must be a bad bushing.
Front
-all three steering damper bolts loose
-front lower shock bolts...
My wife's gladiator with about 6k miles on it started having a lot of clunking in the front, especially during cooler mornings.
So far I've found the following loose fasteners:
Tie rod to steering knuckle nuts on both sides (tightened to 64 ft-lbs which took at least 3 full threads to turn!)...
Forgot to mention sway bar links. I was going to wait on those and see what length I need to get a nice angle on the sway bar, but if anyone has input on a good length for 2.5" lift that would be cool. Metalcloak has 12.25" for their 3.5" kit, but I don't know how'd they'd do on only 2.5" lift.
Hello. First post but been lurking since we got my wife a Gladiator. I'm coming from a Power Wagon that I do wheel. She's ready to get in on the action a little too.
She's getting wheels and tires - 285/75R17 [34x11.50] - put on today so it's time to get the suspension ordered. This won't...
