Harder and more support than the original seats.
I used to drive more sportier car in the past. Last were 300C and GC SRT's. Those Gladiator couches were nothing for me.
+ the new gave more leg room in the back...
I'm planning to install the MBQuart JC1-116E 6.5" speakers with pods. They came installed in the pods, but I noticed there is no polyfil inside.
Would I add some in the inclosure or not?
My JT came with the Alpine system with sub. Meanwhile I upgraded the soundbar with 6x9 MB Quarts and swapped the dash speakers with the Quadratec tweeters. Now I’m thinking about upgrading the dash speakers. For what como (Metra speaker pods?) and 6 / 6,5 “ should I go without adding extra...
After adding a 2.5" lift and 35" wheels I have a little play in the tie rod and the drag link. Which brand is the best upgrade for the OEM mopar parts? I have Terraflex part for suspension parts and track bar. Will Terraflex be better than OEM or is there something superior?
Few months ago I ordered Fox shocks. My JT is lifted 2.5" in the front and 0.75" in the rear.
Meanwhile I receive the front shocks for 2-3" lift for the front.
I ordered 0-1.5" lift shocks for the rear but the still are not available...
The 2-3" version although is... Will they work on a 99%...
I know there will be a difference according to the spring rate. I lowered all my cars (BMW’s, 300c, GC SRT) in the past and some were to hard with the lowered springs. I’m asking this with the Teraflex springs in mind. I would like to have a comfortable drive, not a harder one…
At the moment I have a 2.5” lift kit in the front with a spacer and the oem spring. Would would be the benefit if I swap these with the Teraflex +2.5” spring?
I would like to swap the Mopar shocks with Fox 2.0 (they will be better, I hope?).
At the moment I have a 1.5" leveling kit from Teraflex in the front. So I could go for the shocks for 0-1.5" lift.
But if I swap the oem spring and spacer for +2.5" full springs, will these shocks work? Or will I...
I wiggled the bolt around and removed part of the insullation op the cat, but no way the bolt came out...
The AEV brackets have small plates to adjust the caster from 2,5" lift till 4,5"...
I was planning to install the AEV brackets as well. But on the passenger side I could not retract the top bolt... On the ecodiesel you have to remove the exhaust... To much work...
This weekend I installed a 2,5" leveling kit with extention brackets for re-use of the Mopar shocks.
Now the suspension bounces very quick and feels a lot harder.
Is there a way to upgrade to more comfortable ride? New shocks perhaps and which?
