  1. Skid Plate Attachment Point Stripped Out

See if this thread helps any. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/transfer-case-skid-bolt-spinning.79792/
  2. Hitch Skid Choice

I copied this idea for one on mine. I plugged the hole where the ball goes also and it turned out nice for a cheap solution. Mine took some good hits last time out and held up great. A little paint and it looked good again. If you don’t have a welder you could possibly find a local fab shop that...
  3. Rubicon transfer case part number

Yep. That’s where I picked mine up from.
  4. Rubicon transfer case part number

One other thing I can suggest is if swapping it on the ground I picked up a transmission jack from harbor freight. A few of the bolts are in tight spots and really hard to get out but the swap was well worth it.
  5. Rubicon transfer case part number

Bolted right in uses same driveshafts. The only thing I had to do different was change the setting with a programmer to 4:1.
  6. Leveling Kit Install Anxiety

I’ve done spacer lifts on both a frontier and gladiator. In my opinion the gladiator was easier to do.
  7. “Uplift” Dealer Add

If it’s anything like some of the dealers around my area. They throw a spacer lift on and try to charge an outrageous price for it. The mopar lift wouldn’t be so bad but doing a spacer lift and charging like it’s some kind of great upgrade is ridiculous.
  8. Pics with tube doors -- post yours

Check out the mcgard door hinge locks. I use them on mine and they work pretty good. https://www.extremeterrain.com/mcgard-jeep-wrangler-door-anti-theft-lock-set-76160.html?got=true
  9. STING GRAY Gladiator JT Club

Pic of the truck since I swapped out the tires.
  10. Considering 37s on Stock 2024 Sport S Non-Max Tow

I ran a leveling kit with metalcloak fenders and 37s for a little while. Also had the wheel size and offset you are talking about. I don’t think I’d try it on stock fenders that weren’t rubicon or chopped.
  11. Determining lift

You have teraflex falcon shocks front and rear looking at the pics. I think you mean stock rear springs. Looking at the pics looks like you have stock rear springs and around 3/4 to 1in spacers under the rear springs. It almost looks like you still have stock control arms up front you could...
  12. Cracked rear sway bar mount bracket

Yes enough that metalcloak came up with these. https://metalcloak.com/jt-gladiator-rear-sway-bar-reinforcement-bracket.html
  13. 40"s on a Non-Rubicon/Mojave with -18mm Offset (Pic Request & Fit Info)

I know this wasn’t directed to me but I usually run mine 22-23lbs cold so it puts me around 25 to 26lbs warm on the street. My last set wore really good like this. With you having the overland equipment you may need a little more.
  14. 40"s on a Non-Rubicon/Mojave with -18mm Offset (Pic Request & Fit Info)

Looks good! I like gunmetal on the sting gray.
  15. Suparee flat tail lights.

The tail lights? If so pretty sure about every aftermarket tail light out there is in shape or form.
  16. Suparee flat tail lights.

So took these off today and sent them back. With the way they have them setup. I don’t think you could differentiate between when the brake lights are on or off besides the extra two bars coming on and off when brakes are applied. No change in the brightness on my set like tail lights normally...
  17. 40"s on a Non-Rubicon/Mojave with -18mm Offset (Pic Request & Fit Info)

I would say they both have a hum to them. Nothing overly loud. I’ve had some older mud tires that were ridiculously loud. Neither of these were like that. With doors off I can still listen to radio without cranking it up. I don’t think either run true 40”. Id say closer to 38.5 to 39” range...
  18. 40"s on a Non-Rubicon/Mojave with -18mm Offset (Pic Request & Fit Info)

The Maxxis tires did pretty good. I have since swapped to the Baja boss m/t.
